PC on max Eternal-Shield q7 strength

i would like to have a price check on my (blue) Eternal-Shield 16 req. 7 (strength) with "Improved Sale Value".

Not allot (taking its 15 r7..) and r7 str for a shield is not very wanted (if not max) since warriors usualy have the req of most shields with str and its only used for monks in PvP with /W.
~10k >_> and if its max.. perhaps.. a bit more >_>

Like i said,

its MAX (16) with only Require of 7 (strength),

whitch should be very rare ^^

So please i need more ppl to pc it.
