New Idea For Hard Mode
Stormbringers Edge
I know most if not all of Anet is busy with GW2 but i would really like to see some kind of new addition to the game, even if its small. My idea is to add a few new elites (1-2 per class) for areas in hard mode. These elites wont be uber or anything just regular new elites. Since many people who create chars in factions or Nightfall come to Prophecies campaign i think the perfect places to implement these new elites would be the 5 or 6 missions before Lions Arch. This would give people a reason to go back in the story line to unlock a few new skills. It would also give veteran players a reason to go back and visit these missions. I know Anet is busy but it would be really nice to see some kind of new content added before GW2 just to have something to do, and adding 1-2 elites per profession doesn't seem like such a hard task in comparison to what i have seen from other people asking.
BFG
There are plenty of existing elites that they still should improve.

They should fix the old stuff that isn't all that good/update it before they add new stuff.

Why not just make NEW skills that fit new needs, people keep saying they need to balance the old elites but Anet hasn't really done much balancing except for the August balance. Also the main reason of this is to give people a reason to visit the first 5 missions in prophecies campaign. Besides i don't really see how any of the regular elites aren't balanced they all mostly have the same concept they have had since they were made and they aren't going to change in concept maybe only in damage or cool down or w/e. Also I dont understand why A-net can't implement a few elites AND balance skills. Yet they can make 12+ mini-pets every year that are just a money sink.

Quality over quantity. Always.

People would just cap them and go back to grinding or PvP.
It's a nice idea, I'm always down with new content, but I agree they should prioritize fixing the utterly broken Elites already in the game.
It's a far more realistic option as opposed to adding to a wish list.

Sweet Mystery
If you read Linsey's journal she is planning to release stuff into the game every month..... no need for useless skills.... and the next thing is MOX The Golem.... unlock him... oooo prolly like Linsey's Black Moa quest

Fix existing elites please before we add new ones. I'd like to see some more updates on that so we can actually use the whole lot of the ones we currently have in game.

Another /signed for fixing the elites we already have.
What the guys should do is actually look at the skills that see play (in both PvP AND PvE!) and then balance the crap into elite versions of those skills.
For instance - the PvE mesmers love Assassin's Promise.
Simply make one of the crappy mesmer elites (may I suggest the wonderfully craptastic [symbols of inspiration]) into a mesmer version of AP.
Also one of the sweetest mesmer PvP options are [Diversion] and [power Leak]. Make sure that improved elites are elite versions of those skills.
