I'm a M/N
Using
5 Staple skills,SS,IS,VS.

When I try to cast SS then IS on a Smite Crawler another one just keeps Smite Hexing it, so its impossible to stack. Help?

You need a mass hex, suffering, reckless haste, erm not to sure on mesmer skills but there should be an AoE hex. Use the cover hex first wait for them all to use smite, then cast SS and cover it again. rinse and repeat.
