Whats a caster weapon i saw someone say they had a caster axe and a caster spear

Spear/sword/axe with +5energy and 20% enchaments.

Not always 20% ench.
Sometimes +30 health.
Depends really on build/situation/whatever.

But generally modded in such a way that it would benefit a caster class, rather then a melee class as you are not using the weapon to attack.

Spears are optimal. Gogo [[barbs]/[[mark of pain]!

its ane axe/sword/spear with mods that would be beneficial for a caster. usually +53/10% HSR and 20% enchant/+30hp

It's a one-handed physical weapon which mostly has a cool skin, and a +5 energy mod. As a handle it's mostly 20% enchant or +30 depending on what the user prefers.

You can look up the Totem Axe (a green) in the wiki. This was one of the first weapons used by casters and is still very popular for that reason.

The addition of the inscription system with Nightfall meant you could build your own, so now there is more variety.

A weapon wit a 20% enchant and +5 energy and a sheild wit -2/+30
I use a Colosial Scimitar and a Gloom Sheild both dyed black
