I'm trying to create a PvE monk that will also be used in GvG and HB, and I am planning to only beat one campaign, and its not prophecies. However, I made the character prophecies already and its already level 20 with max armor and some expensive stuff and I'd not like to start over. But obviously, I can't go into GvG with 30 less attribute points.

The attribute quests for prophecies is fairly far into the campaign, and I was wondering if there were any shortcuts i could take to the quests over doing the entire campaign?

You do not need to complete the Campaign.

http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Forgotten_Wisdom
The first attribute quest is in the Crystal Desert which can only be gotten to by completing the Sanctum Cay mission.

http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/The_Hero%27s_Challenge
The second attribute quest is in the Southern Shiverpeaks and can only be taken after you have completed all the Crystal Desert missions (4).

So to get the final 30 attribute points you need to:
-Complete Sanctum Cay.
-Find Annelle Fipps in Destiny's Gorge (Crystal Desert) and complete "The Forgotten Ones" (Quest).
-Find Sariss Yassith in Skyward Reach (Crystal Desert) and complete "Forgotten Wisdom" (Quest).
-Complete the Dunes of Despair mission.
-Complete the Elona Reach mission.
-Complete the Thirsty River mission.
-Complete the Augury Rock mission.
-Complete either one of the following quests:

http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/The_Warrior%27s_Path
-OPTIONAL: Complete the Dragons Lair mission.
-Get "The Hero's Challenge" (Quest) from Vanyi in Droknar's Forge and complete it.
-Done, have fun.

Basically you have to Get the the 3 desert missions. Beat them(ascend) and then do the forgotten wisdom quest(titles is something like that) after that you need to go the Copperhammer mines. Talk to the one npc in droks near the storage chests... Finish that quest then you'll have all 30 attributes.

I did the samething you were thinking. Made a pve mesmer to dress up for pvp.... I thought you could do the other skill quests, oh was I pissed XD.

Ah, sorry. Copperhammer Mines is a small outpost near to where the main part of the Second 15 attribute quest is, most notable for being a way point to Sorrow's Furnace and the Granite Citadel.

Supervillan has the rest
