After comming back from a trip to NY (2 days), I found out I've been banned for "spamming" a day ago orso.
Besides the, yet another, big fail on Anet's part, I'm cool about it, I don't care I can play a shit-balanced game (And the fact someone could have deleted my PvE characters), BUT I do want more information about this, as I would love to know wether someone hacked me and decided to remove to PvE characters, aswell as spam some sheit to get me banned. (Once again, I'm NOT pissed off about the fact that I'm banned, hacked or anything else, I'm pissed off that Anet does EVERY effort they can NOT to help you)

Are you implying Anet is jealous of me for making a trip and not playing their game? Or maybe that they knew I was gonna complain about their support BEFORE they even banned me?
All I'm rantnig about, if the fact that their support doesn't even work. When you can't even go to support, you know there is somethign wrong with the attitude of the dev's.
Anyways, -1 on amount of customers for GW2.
GW1 always had terrible support (RUNESCAPE has better support, WAY better, nuff said), no secret there. But the thing was you would get there, eventually.
I could have been hacked, which is a serious issue (the irony of me making a thread about it a week ago), BUT I feel Anet is TRYING to avoid me contacting them.
I'm already looking forward to it:
Waiting 2-3 days for me to be able to login to PlayNC. Send a mail. Wait another 2 days for a reply. Send another email back, because the automated "We"re to busy"-mail didn't really help me. Another 2 days later I finally get the actual mail: "I'm sorry, but we're not allowed to give the reason why you're banned, and wether or not you've been hacked (Check IP), but please, ENJOY your GW experience")
