Having trouble in NF

Hello My char is at lvl 9 and i cant find any more quests to do atm i have the sunspear quest where you have to get 175 ss points or lvl 12 to progress. I also have the quest where you have to get the 3 foods think its called feast of kakkor or something (just cant get the ingrediance to drop!). Im at work so cant check it up. It looks like i have reached a dead end cos there are no more quests for me to accept and i cant go any further in the game cos all the new way points i come across are blocked. Do i have to just keep farming monsters for exp cos that get boring quickly, I like doing the quests and am only 15 ss points away from the 175 requirement.

I have done all the quarry quests, all the quests in the sun spear great hall, all the quests in the starter city and the 1st main city, but havn't been offered any quests in any of the other outpoasts ive come across.

go out, get bounty, kill 12 monsters and you're done

I didn't know about bounties. Thanks for the help
