"3 Elite Monk Tome" drop from chest

Has anyone ever had this happen to them?
I've never seen three drop from one chest before this:

This is a subject that keeps popping up alot recently. There is a few threads in "The Riverside Inn" and one in the "Game Bugs" section.

Has a theory of why it happens aswell as some other information.

Can confirm? I see no proof of them dropping, or anyone commenting about it after you picked them up...

it does say
you retained your lockpick
and he picked it up

most of us were on vent.
I do have one other screeshot though:

ive gotten 2before in a chest,but never 3..lucker
only in urgoz and deep its 12 man team...
