Has anyone ever had this happen to them?
I've never seen three drop from one chest before this:

This is a subject that keeps popping up alot recently. There is a few threads in "The Riverside Inn" and one in the "Game Bugs" section.

Can confirm? I see no proof of them dropping, or anyone commenting about it after you picked them up...
