Today I tried to log into my GW account, but it said it didn't work because of 'Code=227'.
Code=227 : We don't recognize your account information. Please try again.
I, however, didn't change ANY of my account 'Remember Me?' information, so I don't know why I'm having troubles. I, then, went to 'Reset Password' to, of course, reset my password. It directed me to PlayNC to change my password on a PlayNC account, which, of course, I forgot my username and password since I made it 3 years ago specifically for Guild Wars, but this is the only time, I've actually needed to use it. I sent a ticket to support and it came back with this message:
