Need Help Please

okey i got a realy realy good graphix card and realy good internet and i set guild wars graphics to the max bt for some reason my game still shows the graphics as if i had it on low settings why is this? i have it on full graphics and its showing low graphics please help

Have you tried using 'Auto Detect' in the F11 Graphics Section? I'm geussing you have, but it's good to check.

yeah i have bt i want it on full graphics cus i can bt it wont go on it for some reason it jst stays sucky graphics

And manually changing them still gives you crap graphics? Sound like Tech Forum problem to me.

my guess is that ur gfx card really isnt all that good
prolly dx7/dx8 and no pixel shader 2.0 support
(taken from u thinking that "really good internet" has an effect on graphics performance)

Hmm I don't even have an amazing graphics card whatsoever as it's just the factory built in laptop graphics and I can turn em all the way up and see em in all there intended awesomeness.

"OMG it dont wrk plz hlp me" isn't enough information. Please post your system specs and some screen shots of your game (800x600 max) and of your graphics menu.

And please type in sentences that we can understand and read. "Leet speek" won't get you far on these forums and I have no problem closing a thread if they do use "leet speek". Not only does it waste your time, but those who attempt to help you as well.

Do you have an LCD monitor? Is the game set to the same resolution as the native res of the monitor?

and i got 10MB internet speed so i dont see how i cant not have it on full graphics its jst stupid that all landscape looks squarey and i can see the grid and my armor looks worse than ps1 graphics on all other games graphics are amazeing jst not this any ideas?

you have a HD4800 series... paired with a celeron... congratulations, you've managed to strap a turbojet engine to a pinto.

anyways, post a few screenshots. it might just be your resolution is not set properly.
