I'm at 97.9% of the map at the moment and I would like to know what areas I'm missing

its rather hard to see, it seems like the whole map is covered by fog, did you try using texmod?

Nope, Not yet, Wanted to see if anyone could tell me any visible areas before I use texmod

Also try the Elonan board below, they have an enitre thread devoted to this, even ones linking to how to do map comparisons.

That map you posted is rather hard to see. Perhaps you could take screenshots of the mission maps (several of them) instead of a giant World Map. I also expect this topic to be moved or locked, as this isn't the right place for it to be posted, and the picture is probably too large.
