WTB Destroyer flatbow, any stats!

Title says it all! I have no idea when the update will be added that allows us to add Tormented weapons to our Hall of Monuments, so I'd like to fill that last empty spot with a weapon that can be added. And of course since I'm a ranger, I need a Destroyer bow.

I'd prefer a flatbow, any mods are fine I can always edit them later (I know they come at max req 9). I'm not entirely sure what they're worth but I will start with 10k or best offer, PLUS 10 diamonds and 10 onyx gemstones (just can't scrounge up the cash to get those granite slabs and iron ingots, they're sooo pricey) . And of course, make sure it isn't dedicated to your Hall of Monuments or it obviously will be of no use to me, plus it'll be customized. I had someone try to pull that once.
