A New Question About Raptor Farming

Okay, I realize that drop rates are determined when you enter the zone as proven in the thread Drop Rates SoJ vs. SV . Now comes the question.

Someone (or several someones) have already stated that having leechers in the party will increase your drops. So long as they stay back far enough and their names are greyed out on the party menu, you should get all the drops of an 8 person party. What I was wondering was if it's supposed to work the same with a full team of h/h? I tried it with a full team of h/h safely flagged back for 25 runs. Anyone guess what the results were? I realize that 25 is hardly a significant number when doing averages, but still..... My drops were worse with a full team of h/h's than they were when I'd solo it a like number of times. Can anyone else confirm this? Maybe we could have a few more people do 25 runs solo and 25 with a full h/h party and see if they get similar results?

As always, any help at all would be appreciated. I just don't have the patience to wait for a full party of leechers. Then even when i do get a full party, 9 times out of 10 some moron follows me in to the cave.

I tried it with H/H a little while back. Didn't help, but it didn't hurt either.

Read under loot scaling here.

From experience: both personally and watching videos when a team splits in hard mode I've send more drops for gold items. I've also tested this with raptor farming with my ele. With no H/H I got 1-2 gold drops and with H/H I got between 3-5.

While this was a bit of an increase like everything there is a chance they will drop something and if you have bad luck that's just what it is bad luck.

I took 5 accounts out together raptor farming and had no better luck than when i ran it solo. So unless all the party members are close enough to the fight to make a difference I really don't think having leechers hanging around at the door makes any difference.

Just my personal observation.
