I wasn't sure where to put this so I posted here, but my question is: What is the fastest way to get to Legendary Survivor? Half my guild says HFFF in Luts, the other half Brawling in Gunnars Hold with scrolls, some people said vanquishing but thats a tad hard. So whats the fastest way to do it?
Thanks!

i did one character in 32 hours doing the HFFF. its probably slower then what could be done but i did it casually. it was a tyrian born character that a guildie ran me to lions arch, got over to cantha and picked up max armor, then elona to get my heros, got it up to about lvl 18 before i took it through vizunah, then the rest of the missions to lutgardis are easy enough. i did all the easy, next to no fighting quests around kaineng center to get the level up too. having a helpful guild im sure you could shave alot of time off if you go the HFFF way. mine no one wanted to be responsible for my death so after the initial help i was on my own til a few wanted to leach the faction points.
The fastest, most boring and unprofitable, would probably be boxing + scrolls (cause you'd have to buy them).
The easiest would be HFF, obviously.
But, the most fun and profitable way would be to play through EotN, and do a few FoW clears for 100k experience an hour. 100k/hour sounds pretty damn quick to me. Grab a friend, load up some heroes, and just go clear it. That's how i helped my friend get LS on 3 of his characters, although i didn't go with him through all the runs haha.

I think I read someplace that it takes 63 times through Irontoe's Lair with LB scrolls from the time you hit r1 to the time you finish r3. A W/A from Factions can get to the first rank in 3 hours (if you have a lvl 20 friend with heroes to rip through the newb missions and grab the extra XP for masters you'll be ready to head to the north as soon as you get to KC). The W/A can also finish the lair in 6 minutes. Don't forget to assign keys 8, 9 and 0 to skill 8. That way you can just hit 'em all. I've come back from as much as 60 energy with 4 seconds to spare this way.
You can still use brawling for other professions, they generally each have some kind of insignia that will help. For dervs, the Forsaken insignia is good since you have 0 chance of being enchanted. Paragons have one that adds armor if you are under the effects of a chant or shout (thanks to Kilroy's big mouth, you can count on that as long as he's up with ya).
I got my first survivor this way, and I have 2 more cooking right now. So far it's been really decent for drops (golds, dyes, lockpicks) so I'm not in any hurry to finish them up.
I haven't tried HFFF, but from what I can tell, it's fast, gives plenty of xp and faction and unless someone wanders out and aggros something they aren't supposed to, you're safe. I still prefer the brass knuckles approach, because the only thing that's not in your control is your internet connection. If you start having lag, don't risk it. Know when to say "I need to take a break"

You can always kill the wurms outside boreas station. It isn't the most exciting way to get survivor but I don't think there's a safer way.
Boxing even has risks with disconnects. The wurms are melee range only and as long as you aren't in melee range (Spells, ranged weapons) even a disconnect should be fine.
It's not the fastest, nor the most exciting, but as far as I know it's the least risk.

I recall reading a build in the old builds section of guildwiki before PvX was created that was designed to accomplish this in a matter of less than 5 hours if you were starting at level 20. This requires Hard Mode.
The idea was to use a 600/smite variant with an additional ranger I believe to farm the jade brotherhood knights outside of the Marketplace with insane speed. The build centered around a typical 600/smite duo with the ranger using symbiosis and some other skills to raise the 600's heath to 3000+ so that the jade brotherhood took the maximum possible damage from their own attacks. A variant I remember posted at the bottom allowed for the quick clearing of the entire zone within 10-15 minutes.
Maybe someone else remembers more clearly how this works, there are obvious problems with healing here although I recall the old build worked flawlessly after a quick test. If anyone does remember this or knows where it can now be found, please post

I have a LS and I will be working on two more.
My biggest concern to Legendary Survivor is... Surviving. The Brawling is WAY fast if you can stay alive.
That said it is NOT what I am going to do but it IS the Fastest. You need to be LVL 10 though to get the GW:EN Buff.
So I would start in ASCALON. Get lvl 2 then do the quest Charr at the gate until you are lvl 10. Then go to post and get run to LA.
From LA go to Borials Station. Grab some scrolls and head for the SNOW Wurms. the 175% is the best scrolls. It will take less than 5 minutes to clear all 13 wurms. IN NM they yield 100 xp per kill solo. If you are ranged you can not die. It is impossible as the Wurms are MEELE.
So with the scrolls you can yield 27,300 XP per hour with NO chance of Death. So will take you 52 hours and you are garrenteed to get the title.
Better still Complete EYE of the North so that you can get HARD MODE.
Now with hard mode and the same scrolls you will get 594XP per kill but there are only 10 - I repeat ONLY 10 - snow wurms that you can kill. STAY AWAY from the OAKS!!! THEY WILL KILL YOu before you have a chance to map out.
So in Hard mode with the 175% scrolls you will get 71,280 xp an hour. That will take you less than 20 hours to get the title with NO chance of dying. 0% chance of death. If you are like me and play 4 hours a day that will take you 2 days to get to lvl 10 (or one saturday) and 5 days to reach LS status.
So this is VERY Doable in as little as a week without a chance of death. That said a former guild member did the killroy's for LS once out of ascalon at lvl 10 in 3 hours. However, it was his 4th try. He had trouble standing up.
So this took him a week. My way took me a week and I also got, gold drops and lockpicks and lots of money. I managed 2 Forget me not inscriptions and a dragons breath wand req9 and 4 platinum swords 2 of which are req9. I would pick up enough gold to keep me in scrolls easy and made 100K in weapons. Most of the good weapons like the dragon's breath and the platinum swords I used for myself and for outfitting my hero's.
the hardest part is getting the build just right so that you can kill the wurms before they go in the ground. Very doable. Get run to Eye of the North so that you can get to the skill trader there so that you can get some good skills.

Easiest answer o this:-
Quickest - Brawling (if you suffer from lag/disconnects then DO NOT do this)
Safest - HFF once you got to Lutgardis ( Get a guild group to get you down there - I carried mine through with another of my accounts) or wurms in EotN.
Most satisfying - Vanquishing/elite skill capping ( well equipped herios helps)
I have about 15 LS on my accounts - made at least one by each of these methods.

I just got the title on my sin about 5 hours ago.
I've always had a very nasty connection but I guess I was lucky. Basically, I did brawling for 19 hours and 45 minutes and I only used scrolls that the two bosses there dropped.
It was quite rewarding too, I made 30k in whites, tens of lockpicks, dyes, tens of elite and regular tomes, about 30 golds and other fun stuff.
