Olias Hero / MM with what runes ?

hi, i've just got olias, have setup skill for mm with what i have saved in builds and seen on pivx, but want to know what runes to put on his armour and where, plz ? .... i totally wasted a sup death rune i'd salvaged from loot, after sticking it on his scar i used some other type with it , which cancled out the sup >< dangit ./sigh ok so in order plz can someone let me know what runes what armour >> thanks in advance ......

I use minor death, minor vigor, bloodstained. Then whatever other random insignias I have lying around. I tend not to equip my heroes very well. Sup death can be used, but my Olias tends to die so he lost his right to have 10 minions.

but as using as mm i have flesh golem whose only level 16 atm when summoned, after messing up runes on him so just need for anyone who knows, could give the recipe for what runes on what armor on alias ,,, thank u .

Include dark bond (blood magic) in Olias's skill bar.

You might want to also give him some health skills ..there's a bunch in both blood magic, death magic and curses

Here's what I typically run on an MM hero:

N/Rt

Death Magic: 14 (minor rune on headpiece)
Soul Reaping: 13 (minor rune)
Restoration: 3

[Icy Veins][Animate Bone Horror][Animate Vampiric Horror][Putrid Bile][Signet of Sorrow][Death Nova][Blood of the master][Flesh of my flesh]

As for other runes I use... usually an MM will need a healthy supply of energy, so radiants are good, as are runes of attunement. Bloodstained insignia is a must, and I find Minion Master's insignias help out on the chest and pants. Other than that health is good, minor/major/sup vigor and vitaes are always good.

For a max golem, use a +1 death magic scar with a sup death rune. That makes 12+1+3=16 death magic; the highest you can get without consumables or blessings. Use one bloodstained insignia, the best vigor you can afford, then either radiant or survivor insignias. Fill out the rest of the runes with a minor soul reaping and then attunement or vitae. Doesn't matter where you put any of the runes or insignias.

Energy should be fine with all the monsters and minions dying, if you feel like he needs more just throw in [signet of lost souls]

Superior Death Magic rune is a must for a good MM, u realy don`t need additional runes like minor soul reaping (he will be just fine), put major vigor on his chest (+41hp) and survivor (+15) use runes of vitae for arms, legs, and then add some Necro insignias (bonus armor on minions, 25% faster recharge on skills when u use D.Magic).Pack like this he only needs some nice Necro staff preferably with +HP (Woe Spreader is cheap and fine).Put Sab`s MM build on him relax and watch the show !!!

Why use Survivor Runes? If he's using BotM at all, higher health means higher sac... Sure, you could grab a Minor/Major Vigor to help offset the -75hp from his Sup Death, but HP above and beyond that? Sorta counterproductive if he sacs health at all to keep his minions up...

To help my Necro get her Asura up I have been clearing the area around Rata Sum with 2 MM necro heroes Olias and Livia.
I run my usual SS necro build and they run a fairly standard Jagged Bones MM build.

Works pretty well in the Ebon vanguard and Norne areas too.

At the moment I just have minor runes on the MM heroes Bloodstained boots of course

2 warriors 2 Monks and an ele complete the group.

You can salvage that Sup Death off of his scar with an Expert Salvage Kit - there is NO chance of destroying the armor or any other insignia on the piece. (Or you could leave it on)

For my Hero MM's (usually Livia) I use a Major Death Magic (on the head), Minor Soul Reaping, Major Vigor, Vitae, and an Attunement (but it could be another Vitae). For Insignias, I use all Survivors and 1 Bloodstained. This gives them maximum health and 9 almost max minions. I let soul reaping take care of energy. (For Normal Mode, a Superior Death is ok)

Contrary to what some say, Livia uses [Heal Area] and [Blood of the master] very effectively and at the right times. (She concentrates more on making new minions rather than healing old ones.) Btw, be sure to pause every now and then while running between battles, to let the Hero heal the minions.

I tend to run livia as a minion bomber, highest aoe dmg amongst MM and highly recommended as a hero build.

Just remember to cancel rebirth and micro manage it when its needed (after wipes etc).

I actually have her at 14 death magic due to a minor DM rune which is'nt seen here 9 minions constantly causing aoe dmg is fun =p

Superior Death Magic on head.
Best Vigor you can get on chest.
Minor Soul Reaping on gloves.
Minor Blood Magic on shoes.
Rune of Attunement on legs.

Works great for me, in fact, Dark Bond and the MM Insignias lets me use a Major Soul Reaping with a Superior Death and only a Major Vigor. That lets me run attributes at 12+1+3 Death, 8+2 Soul Reaping, 10 Healing Prayers, and 2+1 Blood.

Recently I went to test out Undertakers insignia, and imo my hero's have benefited highly from that change. One Bloodstained which I use on his headpiece together with a major death rune, major vigor, minor soul, rest vitae

Sup Death (10 minions FTW!, it's not like MM's get targeted a lot), minor soul reap, major vigor, rest vitae/survivor.
