I like this idea. I'm content with Guild Wars 2, but they'll probably make expansions or campaigns just like they did for the original, therefore they should make another name for the sequel for that reason. I'm particularly fond of the New Age name, but it won't be a major deal if it's not picked or anything. But anyway, I do hope they come out with multiple campaigns like they did this time around, but a different name after Guild Wars 2 would sound more interesting.

Guild Wars 2. That's all it should be really, as I believe I read somewhere, and don't quote me, there will me expansions and "mini-expansions" instead of new chapters. That mean's that a subtitle wouldn't be necessary...
