I suppose certain people would pay over 100.000 $ for it.
But then again, it's about 100% failure. ANet is prolly observing high ranked accounts..

As others have said, it's illegal to buy accounts. Though if you want an honest opinion, people would probably pay $1000+ for it...though it'd probably get banned soon after, assuming ANet observes the account. And @ Akroma: Starcraft DOES have rank 15; there's a video with him using the emote on Youtube.

Depends on how much the seller (if exist) wants to sell his/her 3,5 years of effort and hours playing.
