It's non dual mod and I know these items are usually pretty worthless, But I know it's a wanted skin so Just thought I would check.

Astral Staff worth quite some gold! Because the mod doesn't matter as long it has the inscription slot avilable. Most people can remod the stats themselve.

Q10 Inspiration Astral staff probably worth around 20k. (Check the gwen's weapon price guide)
