The "new tonic" you've seen is the Sinister Automatonic. You get them as a reward for doing M.O.X.'s quest. I don't think it's technically the month's new tonic.

Yeah, this new GOLEM tonic is a quest reward and has a different model golem or skin on it. Haven't seen the animations so don't know if they're different/new.
