I have recently sold a r9 ele sword with similar mods to yours in LA for 28K and actually a r12 ele sword similar to your r11 for 17K. Some may think that is a lot, but I sold both within 5 minutes for those prices. I would put a 15^50 inscription of the r9, it will sell quicker. I hope that helps.
