job change at asencion

When you change your job at the point of asencion do you get a refund for your skill points?

[example] :

mesmer/necro has used 14 skill points on necro skills

he changes to warrior at asencion

A - mesmer/warrior gets all 14 used skill points back

B - memsemer/warrior does'nt get the 14 skill points back

So would it be A or B that is my question.
And how does it work for the quest gained skills?

I'm fairly certain you do not recieve points back forth purchases, as this would allow a person to switch jobs, purchase all the skills, and have quite a line up for minimal cost with PvP character. Not that it matters much, few people ever overly attempt to get points and many report having about 50, I've actually been purchasing some unnecessary warrior, monk, and elementalist (after I changed) skills, and I believe I've got well over 20 left, plenty for capturing.

Hey, I already did the Monk and Ranger job switching quests. My question is, if I switch to a monk or ranger, can I eventually switch back to my Mesmer secondary before I ascend?
