This is a perfect staff for your Ritualist (esp if you have the elite Kurzick armor!)/Necro/Ele/Mesmer/Monk, basically all caster profession. Because the req is only for the damage, so you can just put +30 x2 and one more thing (inscription of course) and voila! Usable on other caster of yours!
