so my Vid card is going all crazy.

Looks like death of a video card to me.

Can you check it's temperature? Has it been on for a long time? Proper ventilation? Dust inside the case recently?

Have you updated drivers? If so, try a rollback to previous?

What is your video card? What are your system specs?

Sadly it looks like your card is fried or well on it's way. :/

Like Kumu says: check the GPU temperature, clean out the dust in your case, make sure you have good airflow in there....

Yeah that it what happened to mine just before it finally died, i tried all sorts of cleaning and driver maintenance etc but it was just an old card...
