are those fix mods, or inscriptions? if inscriptions: what are the colors of the weps? gold, purple or blue?

A while ago I heard about a req7 15^50 felly.. not sure if it was real, never seen it, but i do believe at least one exist.

req8 is 100k+15e-ish imo

I have heard over and over about a "r7 15>50 fellblade" but only fake pictures. Annoying waste of time.
