PC R8 Shiled of the Wing

I have a r8 tactics max Shield of the Wing of Fortitude +30 health. It is not inscribable and there is no inherent mod. Does anyone have a good idea about how much this should sell for. I would really appreciate any help, thanks

It's just a normal non-inscribable, but max (probably blue) EotN or NF-drop that someone put a Shield Handle on.

I'd salvage the Shield Handle and merch the shield.
