Buying Elite Skills

I bought an Elite skill with my Factions, and I went to every skill trainer in every capital city and all the others I could think of, and none of them have it for purchase.

HELP?

You can't buy elite skills for your character from a trainer. You have to buy skill capture signets and then go to the boss and capture it. Unlocking it with faction will just unlock it for your heroes and pvp chars.

lol can't buy... You hav eto capture it with a signet of capture.

As other have stated, you need to capture the skill from the appropriate boss or use an Elite skill tome.

Where do I get the Tome Of Elite Skill?

They drop from bosses in Hard Mode. The tomes that drop will always be of the profession of the mob that dropped it (warrior bosses drop elite warrior tomes, so on). Or you can buy an elite tome from other people. Make sure it's an ELITE tome and not a regular one (regular ones do not unlock elite skills, only normal ones).

Its Elite Tome, not Tome of Elite Skill. Make sure you get one of the same profession as the elite you unlocked. If you're looking to buy from another player, there's a tome price check guide that's helpful.

Elite Tomes only drop in Hard Mode, from BOSSES.

To use it, just double click it while you are in town, AND you 1st/2nd professin must be the same as the tome you hold.
