i need help guys... im starting to lose it
every time i try to log on GW i get this

the thing is, i was on GW untill 30mins ago . i went to grab something to eat and when i came back i couldnt login. but i didnt shutdown the computer or anything..
ive alrdy tried to reboot both modem and computer but no success....

I've gotten this error before. this is how i fixed it.
Go to Start --> Rin...(type cm hit Ok or enter) in the konsole window type
ipconfig /flushdns once this is done type ipconfig /release once this part finish
type ipconfig /renew. This helped me on alto of DC problems.
For Arenanet fix this: A person can release thier ip and they will lose connection while in AB or RA there by no Dishonor.(I do it allot when I get stuck with brainless editos in AB).

Offhand I'd say it could be an internet routing issue. 
Most of these issues clear up themselves after someone somewhere fixes/reboots/replaces the router.

It may help to unplug your AC plug and replug it in after 10 seconds on your modem.
