Yeah, but look at popular demand... there's a thread for suggesting tonics, and a lot of people asked for Mallyx/margonite/Aatxe/ other cool-looking monsters. All we got was this old rotted guy who got beheaded, IIRC no one even suggested that...

Love how I can freak some people in my guild. Love that the way it walk like a wind rider-ish. Love the unexpected boo to my right sides (one guy was following me, and when he was on my right side the head turned to the right. He was on FP view, and freaked out XD! ).

Everyone have a different cup of tea I guess. Trying to please anyone is a worthless act.. It will always be a complain left and right whatever we do/decide..

Oh well, I enjoy my tonic thank you very much Anet :P

this has got to be THE most ugly thing in all of GW, and they make a tonic out of it... yuck. This would only be funny if next month had decapitated giants. Imagine Halloween with zombie giants and giant heads. :P
After that, it'll just be fugly.

I'm glad they picked something obscure and different.

EVERYBODY in that suggest a tonic thread wanted something big, flashy, glowy WTFpwn monsters.
I don't want that. If every month was like that, tonics would get pretty boring, pretty quickly.

Wow, Jungle Trolls, Dragons, Mandragors, Charr, Asurans, Dwarves, The Afflicted, Margonites, Titans, Mursatt. All of these awesome looking creatures to select from and they choose this head?

I dont pretend to know what the thinking was behind the decision, but I can tell you that if they were selling this tonic, their marketing team should be fired.

The Golem and the Spider were brilliant picks, the Norn and the head were VERY poor choices.

Pick things that are exciting, cool, and fun, that creates a pull that makes people want it and thusly want to do the things it takes to get it. This head is none of the three. I see Z-key markets going down, and this tonic being sold as fast as it is earned.

Heck, the fact that this thread is 8 pages long tells you something.
If it was just another glowing super monster of doom... the thread would have been about 3 pages and then stopped (since nobody would REALLY care).
This tonic at least has controversy and interest.

You kno, its not really that bad.... Personally you gotta buy or get a normal tonic when it comes out, and try it to judge. When I tried it, Lmao it was pretty fun and funny that people in town are all like 'OMG A HEAD', but yah, it will make a great lil halloween tonic =D

IMO they should try something like a "species" tonic. For example, instead of macabre tonic, they should've done something like "awakened tonic" which would turn you into an "awakened" of whatever profession you are (defiler, gray giant, cavalier, etc.) I hope they try this if they come out with a margonite tonic.

Anyway, does this tonic have any emotes?
