Question about Slavers Exile

I have a guildie that is unable to enter slavers exile unless I am with her, she does have the Last Hierophant quest. She said the entrance is blocked.
Does she need to do something first?

you need to beat gwen, she probably came in there with someone who beat it obtaining the quest that way.

He/she must've completed A Time for Heroes.

A time for heroes and GWEN?

Completing a time for heroes = finishing gwen.

I'm guessing it's one character on your account has to beat Gwen because my 'sin nor my ele' haven't beaten Gwen but they have been in and out of Slavers for weeks

That has to be it, my chars are ok, but none of hers have beaten GWEN.
