xunlai registration problems.

I know this is probably the millionth post.
i couldnt find my answer in the others.
when i signed up on the website..for the 1st time a few weeks ago is said enter your acc name. i thought it ment the one you use on the log in screen.
so i put that down, i didnt know it ment to one you registerd with tolkano with, which i had done previosly a few months back.
is there any way to change your Acc name on the website?
since you cant sign up again with your email as its already been used.

no your 'account name' means your account's email as far as i know.

thats what i thought too and it showed a picture of your login in account on the site but i havent gotten points still. idk whats going on :S

I think I got a similiar problem. I've already sent in a support ticket to ANet. If and when I get it resolved, I'll try to post an actual answer to the forum instead of being a jaded asshole like the rest of the "just wait" spammers.

There is the account name which is what is used to log on to Guild Wars the game. When you register your account for Xunlai Tourney House, you enter an email address to sign on rather than your account name. THen when you sign in to the Xunlai house you enter your email not your account name. I think this maybe due to security issues not to have your account name and password entered?

It is confusing. I also wanted to know if anyone knew how to recover a Xunlai Tourney House assigned email address to a Guild Wars Account. I have multiple accounts and emails and i dont know what account is assigned to which email address.
