Looking for PvP/PvX guild

Hello,

I'm looking for a guild that does PvP regularly (PvE is optional), and accepts people who are unranked. I've finished all campaigns and have plenty of skills, and now I want to switch to PvP.

I started playing GW a year ago, so I'm not too experienced. I'm not retarded either, so I can learn to play almost any build rather quickly. I have almost no experience in GvG, little in HA (only 5 fame), and little in RA/TA (10 glad points). I haven't had much luck in finding guilds willing to accept newbies, so I'm hoping I'll get lucky here.

I'm from Europe (Romania to be exact, EET timezone). I can play in the evenings almost everyday.
