sorry if this is oftopic but u might aswell wait for next festival ,think its halloween ,if not wait till the dragon festival.I can realize that u are impacient to get your title ,im in the same situation as u,the reason why i sugest waiting is that ive tried for 2 weeks to get sweets(i know u want party items) for mi title and i couldnt,till the dragon festival where i got all sweets required to max title in 2 days and at 100-150 gold per point so mi sweet toth title costed me around 1200k.
The title im missing now its party animal like u,so il just save money and buy all items at next festival
