Ok, everyone knows the mods are sick of xunlai house threads and deleting/closing them on sight. This isn't one of those threads.

Here's what you need to know: I (like many others) had a problem on one of my accounts with the xunlai tournament for this month. The points weren't credited and Tolkano didn't give any indication that I'd even made predictions.

No matter...

I sent in a support ticket (which is the right thing to do) on the 11th and after a couple of GMs escalating the ticket, I got this response from the third:

Hello,

We’re sorry to hear that you did not receive your August Xunlai Tournament House prediction points. After the build on September 10th, we became aware of an issue that prevented some players from receiving their points. Fortunately, we have a full list of those who were not properly credited for prediction points, along with the exact number of points that each of those players earned. We will be able to replace those points in an upcoming build. At this time, we don’t have a planned release date for that build, but rest assured that you will receive all the points that you earned for making accurate August predictions.

We apologize for the delay in crediting your points, and we will get them into the game as soon as possible!

So now you know. There was a bug, and they are fixing it. Look for an update soon that will fix the problem. That said, the specifics of your tournament house issues may be different from my own so don't be discouraged from sending your own ticket in, though likely this is the response you'll get.

I got it a little while ago, too.

Good to hear Anet is working on resolving the issue and see their confidence in fixing it without people missing out on their rewards

In the meantime, let's be a little patient and give them a chance to fix the issue

Yay, thanks for the info.

I was one of the people who didn't get any points (I registered my account with Tolkano at like... 6 AM the day after people started getting their points) but I thought I had done something wrong. Well now I know that a bug was to blame, and I eagerly await my 2 reward points.

I personally have come across several people in game that did not relize they had to speak to Xunlai after the update in order to collect their points (They assumed theyd just be added into their account automatically).

As I had an account that was missing RP's for 2 months due to a different glitch in the system, I would suggest to anyone not getting their RP's to write into support so its recorded. That way if you still dont get them after an update to correct the glitch, you can refer to your previous support ticket.

I know having been through this that they indeed know exactly who has and hasnt received their rewards from their listings, so if everything was correct then you will get them sooner or later.
