Guild Wars Nightfall wont Work:please help!!!

i recently bought Guild War Nightfall earlyer today. I get home to install it and it finishes like it normally should and i start running the Guild Wars program. When i go to make a new character it says i can only play a Factions character (the only Guild wars that i have installed on this computer). So i figure that it was installed inproperly or something and after installing it over and over again i end up with the same result. There is no Nightfall available on my game. I've googled for help, I've tried the Fix Installation and i still get the same result. I am desperate to play this game, as i speant all the money i could afford on games for now on it. I've been spending hours trying to get this to work. Will somebody PLEASE help me.

you should have a booklet that gives you the NF CD key. log into your account, and add it to it. there should be a "manage my account" option in your character selection screen, or something like it.
