So, you want the person with Divine Aura to be able to not use it, or have people be able to not see it?

Either way works.

People are willing to pay HUNDREDS just go get divine aura and you want to turn it off?

I totally understand why, but it's still funny.

Additionally, it would be easier to take screen shots for sigs and avatars and posing and ect ect.

Yeah, I find it funny too. I wonder how some of them would react if you told them it was a new kind of chaos glove, though...

Being something that not many people has, I could care less about that...

If they added a way for anyone to have it, it would be a different thing...

I can understand not wanting to be bothered. I hate standing in town selling stuff, and having totally random strangers come up and beg for money (I'm wearing fow, I must be uber rich) Or beg for help on quests or missions (any advanced title apparently means not only am I an expert at gw but I have all the time in the world to help everyone who wants a free run) I don't have any ce but I imagine it's just as bad. However, you get the prestige of having the glowy hands, you gotta deal with the consequences. Just like being a celebrity, eventually you're gonna end up in the enquirer with no underwear on.

People are willing to pay hundreds of dollars for them and you want them off. Very... Ironic -/notsigned.

For reasons the previous posters stated. It would make sense if it was something that could be purchased in the online store, for example. However, it is not; it is very rare and difficult to obtain, does not make sense to want it turned off.

Now, I understand that to some people the idea of "it's rare why would you want to get rid of it" EXCEPT, let's take another example. It'd be like saying that you have a legit max fellblade from before inscriptions. Now...I hate that skin, so I'd never bother to use it.

Did it ever occur to you how annoying the Divine Aura can be to people who have logged thousands of hours in this game? O_O

Buying CEs from eBay should be punished not treated.
Those that buy CEs to sell them later and not to play should cease to exist.

Ok, I don’t go farming so I don’t really care about chaos gloves. It also doesn’t bother me if other people have them. For now I have a neutral opinion towards them because they are pretty far out of reach for me.

However, I’ve just got to ask; can’t a person just take off their chaos gloves and switch to their old armor gloves if the glow bugs them? They aren’t glued to your arms forever are they? Because if they are, then I will definitely never want a pair, and yeah, I would see the need to turn them off once in a while.

wish they were available for purchase now...
Nevertheless- it's kinda impossible to make them able to be switched off IMO. Anet won't introduce any special interface to switch them off.

This thread isn't about chaos gloves, it's about Divina Aura. It is the glowing effect you will see around characters hands that the individuals who own the prophecies Collectors Edition have. As it stands this is permanently on the characters and can't be removed. Chaos gloves are simply armour and can be taken off, but Divine Aura is something totally seperate.

I hope that helped clear it up for you a little.
