ODD Req 9 14Always -1Health Zodiac Sword

hey I thought that these dont drop anymore but I guess not
It is a req 9 14%always -1 Health Regen Zodiac Sword. Not sure on this one any help would be great.

I have another odd one as well. It is a req9 15Always -1 Health Regen Grinning Recurve Bow.

Both these Items are not Inscribable.

5k max on the sword imo , that mod suck and not even max.
The bow is probaly merch food.
Im not really sure about both , so get more PCs

salvage what u can and merch them.....
