Decayed Orr Emblems

Are these things worth hanging on to? I have around 20-25 stacks from 55ing on my monk that I never really bothered to get rid of or anything.

I know that they can be traded for holiday items, but which events exactly are they used in/for?

Halloween and Wintersday are the two big ones that come to mind. Actually, I think those are the only ones. Gaile's leaving party was a one time event that used them.

Only the holiday's, but you can probably sell them anytime to people working on their drunkard or sweet tooth titles.

I would hold on to them until the Halloween event. You should be able to make quite a bit from them.

Sell them to me IMO.

3 Decayed Orr Emblems = 1 Witch's brew (or whatever).

1 Witch's brew = 100g - 125g.

So, yeah, hang on to them until Halloween and then sell them to all the wannabe drunkards.

I sold a few stacks last year at Halloween for about 10k each if I remember correctly. The price may go down this year, but I'd hazard a guess that you're sitting on a nice fortune there.
