Well. I've trying to HFFF. I'm doing everything as it's supposed. Even assigned keys for flags and skill and used mods for flags and locations.
But I cant seem to place the 'stairs' hero. I put it midway and the on the stairs. He keeps staying around the very first corner outside Lutgardis.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Are you using the guide on wiki? The stairs runner needs to be flagged twice, firstly at the beginning of the narrow water passage leading up to the stairs and secondly at the stairs. Check the pictures on wiki. Your stair runner should reach his first stop just before SF runs out (if you are using sf) then flag to the stairs!

Did you wait until the hero actually reached the first flag, before placing the second?
To figure out the correct timing for the second flag, try putting Troll Unguent on that hero: they will use it only when they stop running, and they have less than 100% health. ie. once Shadow Form runs out, you know they have reached the first flag because they cast Troll Unguent.
Once you roughly know the timing, you can set the second flag before they stop and cast troll unguent (faster run, if they never stop moving).
Also, zoom the mini-map at least one click so your flag placement is more accurate.
Even when you do everything right, you will find that heroes occasionally get stuck anyway - body-blocked by the mob down there. if you spot it in time, You can fix this by reflagging the hero back and around the mob.
