Since yesterday I haven't been able to log into the game. I keep getting the error 005 message but when I try to see what this is I cannot even load up the support page. Everything else on my computer is working fine as you can tell by me being able to use this forum. I just need confirmation that it is indeed the server and not me that is at fault. Thanks for your time.

apparently it's something on your end according to this: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Error_code

not sure what it is though.

I believe 005 is a firewall issue. You can check the Play NC site or there might be more info somewhere else in this site.
