PC: Grim Cesta (Claw skin)

I just got this from a chest, looks different from a normal cesta, so here I am.

Assuming i put the mods:

Adept - 20%
and Forget me not - 20%

What would it be worth?

dont mod if you intend to sell..salvage the 19% mod...than 5kish if focus doesnt break.
