Hey all, i want to get my derv to the CTC asap. After completing Eotn on 6 characters and various other times for handbooks, i just can't stand it now lol.
So my main question is can you still just join a group doing DD? and if i do get to CTC like that can i craft destroyer gauntlets still?

Doing DD is the only way to get there. You can PuG but i suggest H/H.
If you have 3 necro heroes, that quest is a walk in the park.
You need rank5 in Dwarf rep to craft destroyer gauntlets.

What i think he means is can he still just join someone with the quest and be tele'ed to CTC at the end. Don't qoute me but I believe this was fixed, not sure so might be worth a try.

I need to get rank 5 in Deldrimor anyway, so will just have to do the game agian

no you only need r5 deldrimor for chaos gloves, not for the collector who gives destroyer gloves

I'm pretty sure you can just tag alone with a friend/guildie/pug in DD and you go to CTC without beating EoTN...

yeah i'm pretty sure it works if all you want to do is get to CTC. but i don't think you will ever be able to finish ATfH if you do it that. there's something on one of the wikis about it.

Yes you can just get a "ferry" to CTC. And no you can't do Time For Heroes, but you can do everything else.
