Wrong, they drop in areas where you hardly can get max weapon but still can, like normal mode kryta in tyria. but extreamly rare & r7 items havent been confirmed dropping since nf release

Not sure on that, but I actually had a blue req8 +12en inscrib earth scroll drop for me in Realm of torment but I didnt think of it have any worth since it was blue rarity.

People still see req 8's drop, they're not that rare.
