well... she was only the community relations person for guild wars... what do you really expect? she's already stated she has multiple accounts and many characters, so don't you think she would change accounts if she didn't want to be recognised or contacted?
she probably thinks its nice that players still have her on their friends list and say hello when they see her online :P
