Title would feel less grindy !!
Would take some time to complet the book and would bring ppl in deserted elite area.
You could acquire title while doing things that are fun.

If you're going to include EotN reputation, you can't exclude Slaver's Exile in your list of elite areas.
Also, 25,000/50,000 faction means a lot of different things to each reputation. 50,000 maxes Sunspear or Lightbringer automatically. 50,000 EotN reputation is a respectable chunk. 50,000 Kurzick/Luxon is irrelevant. There would have to be different values.
I've seen worse ideas, but this would need a lot of work.

see now this is a much better idea than the "elite area title" proposition. It would also give people reason to go do areas that seem to be pretty dead now i/e DoA, urgoz, the deep yadda yadda yadda

/signed... That gives those elites more purpose then just elite weapons, and involves the idea of completing the games titles instead of just farming said areas.

They could put different value depending on the title
Eotn = 10,000 - 20,000
Faction = 20,000 - 40,000
Elone title = 7,500 - 15,000
As for Slaver's Exile, it is already in a book as a dungeon.

Doesn't make it any less of an elite area-if you're going to make a book based on Elite Areas, each one will need to be covered.
But I like the idea, but like others have said the points need to be changed. The updated numbers you included aren't bad.

There are 16 dungeons, 13 Factions missions...
But how many elite missions?
Urgoz, Deep, Anguish, Slavers.
And we stop counting.
Sorrows furnace is NOT elite.
The tombs could be elite, but is not set as elite.
The Titans missions are not repeatable.
And ven if they were, they are not enough to derverve a book or a title. They are fine with statues.
