Alright, I finally made a sin. In the whole permasin war, i was totally against it (pre nerf, that is), but...my account got haxored and my level one sin is now a lvl 20 permasin. Since i still don't like using the permasin too much, i decided i needed a more unique, PvE friendly, custom build. Looking at wiki for some tips, i realized that i wanted to go with the critical hits for the E-management, and for more damage. couple hours later, and this is what i have:

Crit Hit Sin (Assassin/Warrior)

11 Dagger Mastery
4 Shadow Arts
12 + 3 Critical Strikes

[skill]Unsuspecting Strike[/skill] [skill]Wild Strike[/skill] [skill]Critical Strike[/skill] [skill]Wild Blow[/skill] [skill]Shadow Refuge[/skill] [skill]Way of the Assassin[/skill] [skill]Critical Eye[/skill] [skill]Critical Defenses[/skill]

Weapon: Icy Tengu Daggers of Enchanting

Why icy, you ask? I plan on going /E and putting in [skill]Conjure Frost[/skill] to add some more damage. Wild blow can be replaced with pretty much anything, it's an easy hit though that always ends up being a critical.

Any thoughts? Mods? Ideas? lemme know, I'm here to learn.

THIS IS A PROBLEM. SHOULD BE:

12+1+1 Dagger Mastery
3 Shadow Arts
12+1 Critical Strikes

Couple of problems:

1) Elite is obsolete due to pve skill Critical Agility, whic h you obviously have accss to due to a nf armor on ur avatar.
2) No aoe... the primary reason y sins initially werent very good in pve, or atleast had that stigma is that single target damage isnt as great as aoe.
3) 6 Second single target chain with no 'great' damage

Basically, u need to replace ur elite. A 25% IAS < 33% IAS, and one is elite the other isnt. On a sin with daggers, criticalling is more for the energy then the damage, making the +20AL from agility better then the crit strike chance. Assuming u want to stay away from the stereotypical mb/db chain, ull want a different elite. Shattering assaults a nice option, but fairly energy intensive. Beguiling Haze, AoD are also pretty nice. Other then that there arent that many options... oh wait forgot they buffed flashing blades. That could replace critical defence.

Making ur bar look like this:

[Unsuspecting Strike][Wild Strike][Death Blossom][Critical Agility][Critical Eye][Critical Defences][Shadow Refuge][Optional]

Also consider dropping shadow refuge since 3 or 4 shadow arts is a pathetic heal. Save Yourselves is always nice to bring along as well. Swap Shadow Refuge for Save Yourselves, and u still have an optional for either an elite or pve skill, depending on if the elite can replace another skill.

assassin's promise is very good in pve too becuz the monsters should die before the hex expires (unless of course they have hex removal then which for another elite) assassin's promise give ene and recharges ALL your skills when hexed foe dies.

you get it from the assassin boss outside maatu keep to the west in the lil covered area

12 + 3 Critical Strikes Sup runes are baed. The HP sacrifice is (almost) never worth it. The breakpoint for Critstrikes is at 13, and it makes little sense to up it further. Investing in Dagger Mastery does more for your crit% (can also be read on wiki). Lyynyyrd posted the attribute settings regarded to be optimal for crit dagger builds.

Crit Agility is better, so get another Elite. Currently half of your attack skills are guaranteed crits anyway.

Looks like you're a bit too worried about keeping up Crit Defenses. Meh. Malicious Strike would make a nice replacement for Wild Blow when/if you go A/E.

I really like Wild Strike (my primer is Golden Fox). If you want to be a quick single-target spiker, I'd advise to bring a Deep Wound skill though, and Golden Fang Strike would seem to float your boat.

Other good skills to hunt for:

- Moebius Strike (E)
- Death Blossom
- Assassin's Promise (E)
- 'Save Yourselves!'
- Shattering Assault (E) (there's always Critical Eye if you're worried)
- Asuran Scan

Something I just noticed... +30 is better in all sin builds, bar ones that absolutely need enchants on them, like ones using shadow form. Otherwise the health gain will serve u better then enchants.
