Well there are such weapons and I know that they exist. I have seen one in the trade chat that NEVER should have been where it was. A req9 Long sword with 22 max damage. IN PRESEARING. it should not be there. That one got missed when the exploit was happening.
It all started with the famous "drinking and mapping to Guild Hall" where players could access the hall and the chest.
Me being new at the time did not realize this or I would have one too ;(

A stave is said to exist called the raven staff. It has been rumored that only a handful of people have ever seen one. Most of us just know what we hear from speculation but just aren't certain if it actually exists.

Sephis wand is on the wiki i believe but has never been confirmed.

Honestly who are we to say? I would like to guess that we had found every weapon that exists, but there was the case of the Eternal Blade where it took a great amount of time to be found even though it has been around since the eternal Bow and Shield (as far as I know).
Then there was the case of the Obsidian blade, where it was MEANT to be in the game long before it was actually put into the cycle. I doubt it but there could even be more weapons that were meant to be in there but aren't yet.
However, it is 98% percent likely that we have found ALL the existing weapons in Guild wars, and we know of them all. No rumors really unless you start one right now.
BTW I just found a Two handed sword?!?!?!?! START TEH RUMORS!

ALL weapons are documented, even the ridiculously rare 1 of a kind uncondtional ones (many of the top traders actually know all those that exist).
