WTB Perma sin Staff or mods

I need a staff that is good for perma sin

So i need an ele staff with the mods

Enchants 20%
HSr=20%
+5 energy
+5 energy ^50% health

Req doesnt matter as long as its 12 or under
If its blue purple or gold i dont care

i will also just buy mods aswell

I will also buy Ragos Staff

Don't you want a 20% enchant mod on there as well?
Droknar staves do the trick.
