PC on two R9 Str Tryian Shadow Shields

I have the following I'd like to see how much they're worth. Both are uninscribable:

1) R9 Strength Shadow Shield
+30HP

2) R9 Strength Shadow Shield
-3 physical damage while hexed
+30HP

1. ~5k
2. ~50-60k

Agreed.. .. ..... both hard to sell though
