Hi I am looking for a Echovald Shield. I would like it to be str and req 9-12 works for me. As for mods I would like them max (ill still look at non-max ones). I would like one of the mods to be hp+30. As for the other anything but dmg -2 enchanted.

Armor 16 r13 Strenght
+28Hp
-2 (Stance)
