Paragons and ranks
Biofobico
I know that every ranks are helpful in on way or another, but i would like to know for a paragon what's "worth" maximize. I play most of the time in EotN and now i'm thinking on move to Factions and finish it to.
Sorry if its a odd question and bear me for my poor english .
Thanks in advance.

Honestly, Ebon Vanguard for the Battle Standard of Honor, and Kurzick/Luxon for Save Yourselves! Lightbringer is also a nice one to max for the damage.

Kurzick/Luxon first of all, the rest later.

Sunspear doesn't need to be maxed to be great, but it doesn't hurt. Just do SS/LB runs
Or if you're just going for LB, try and get in a HM DoA full run.

Thanks to the buff of all pve skills (having a better property at lower ranks) you really only need a few ranks in kurzick/ luxon to make great use of it.
However, if you need money or want titles such as sweet tooth, party animal or drunkard. You should consider maxing your kurzick title and bringing leechers to gain a lot of gold as well as an extra max title to your collection with saviour of the kurzicks.
Think you end up with like 3 mil gold or more depending on how many runs you do with leechers.

You don't need to max SS for TNtF-I've been at rank 7 SS since I made my para pretty much and have done fine.
Can't comment on Kurz/Lux as I was already rank 7....

Higher rank is always good, but I would focus on whatever line ur most commonly used pve skills are from.
In general the pve skills I use are pain inverter, battle standard of honor, and other norn ones. Rarely use delver skills, maybe drunken master.
PI doesnt really matter rank. Its either going to instant kill them, or not really be worth it.
Honor gets better as ranks go up
Norn ones the bonus's that I like arent based on rank (kd/cripple/dw/etc)
Therefore, I would get luxon/kurz to a high enough rank that its easily maintainable 4/5 seconds imo, sspear to 8/9, because thats really easy. The rest can take longer, and agent to as high as possible.
All in all though, ranks dont make THAT big a deal, unless doing DoA where LB is really helpful.

you can afford to have like a .5 second gap between SY spams right.. i ground to r1 in kurzick and i have no desire to get it to 5 seconds...

Wouldn't grind any of them unless you want armor. If you are really into dungeons, Delver will come along naturally.
Rather than maximize a title for marginal benefit, get about rank 5 in all of them, you'll be fine.
Keep in mind that some rebalance of the rate of faction gain is coming in the November patch; details as yet unknown.
